GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:

 Hello: We require 1-3 business days for order processing in addition to shipping time.

Please note that FedEx cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Our warehouse ships on regular business days via FedEx, DHL and USPS.

 

DOMESTIC (US) SHIPPING METHODS: Orders ship USPS first class mail and once received by USPS arrive in 3-6 business days.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHODS:

**International Shipments may be subject to customs fees and import duties; such charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.**

International orders take a variable amount of time, and are dependent upon your location - usually 3-4 weeks. International and military orders may experience additional processing delays.

Items purchased from this store are made pursuant to a shipment contract. To the extent permitted by law, the risk of loss and title for such items shipped passes to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier.

RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY:


Orders may be canceled up to 2 hours after they are placed. Online credit card orders may be charged immediately. Unopened merchandise in it's original condition may be returned within 30 days for a full refund on the price of the item. Returned products are shipped at the returner’s expense. Opened items cannot be returned. Please email trogdorsupp@gmail.com for return authorization.

Due to the current global shipping crisis and increased shipping costs, we are unable to ship to a few zones outside of the United States. Shipping policies are in flux, so if  you are shipping to a destination outside of the US and are unable to check out - please  email us at trogdorsupp@gmail.com and we will see if we can help.
